Suprised the kids with a trip to the movies tonight. The battle scenes were not as graphic as LOTR but they were just as visceral. Keegs came over to sit on our laps a few times.
Eddie Izzard voices a character; kinda pulls you out of the escapism. He is also voicing a character in the upcoming horrible Disney movie about Chiuauas(sp?). I feel bad but he is laughing all the way to the bank.
The movie soundtrack/score is good. How come none of you ever told me about Regina Spektor? Imagine Bjork singing instead of screaming and not angry. My less than three is all a flutter.
Sratching Ireland off the someday trip for New Zealand.

For the non-Phish haters, I've added their song "Prince Caspian" to my Muxtape.
Is there another non-Phish hater in the group? Or was that for all the people who casually browse the blog?
Also, please provide a list of all the non-Phish hating organizations whose meetings you have attended and provide us with a list of names of people you saw at them.
You're either with us or not against Phish.
Haters.
Your list of names, please, Mr. Wolf! Or we will have no choice but to rule you in contempt of Blog!
You'll rue the day you blacklist me, McCarthy. Rue it!
Commence ruing... NOW.
the makers of Prince Caspian kept to the original story better than i would have expected... i had heard they were going to make it into a silly pure-action flick, but thankfully this was not so much the case
