So I've been having a little fun playing with the candidate match sites listed on this Salon article:
http://www.salon.com/opinion/feature/2007/11/05/kucinich/
And have to admit I'm pretty surprised at how my results landed. On pretty much every one I got matched up with the angry old Alaskan.

I don't see anything that looks like what you're talking about.
Several links at the bottom of the article. They lead to quizzes that match you to a candidate.
Umm, no there aren't. The only links are to three other Salon articles.
Are you a subscriber? Are you seeing subscriber content that I might not see?
I'm interested in participating. Can you provide direct links?

Strange, I'm not a subscriber.
Here are the links I saw.

Sweet.
NPR gives me Clinton/Dodd/Obama
USA Today gives me Gravel/Kucinich/Dodd
VA Joe gives me Kucinich/Gravel/Richardson
Wquad gives me Obama/Clinton/Kucinich.
Wow. That was depressing. Thanks, Hose.
NPR: 11.0 Paul, 7.0 McCain
What about you Waters? Are you a Ron Paul guy too?
MPR: McCain/Guliani
USA Today: Romney/Guliani
Vajoe: Kucinich/Guliani
Wqad: McCain/Guliani
Clearly, I want Rudy to come in 2nd.
Seriously, I don't think this things capture positions very well. I often found myself liking none of the choices. Also, while I may be against the death penalty and feel that it's important, I don't think a president has much ability to affect that in 4 years. Finally, a candidate's effectiveness with Congress and other groups is an important factor for me but is not captured.
Certainly there are a lot of aspects left out. I was disappointed that none of the questions addressed evolution vs. intelligent design.
Have some canidates made statements on ID?
Obama manages to speak convincingly about religion for 40 minutes while saying precisely nothing:

I came up Colbert across the board.
