I give you DRAGON AGE: THE FLASH VERSION!
Seriously. Log in with the same account you log in with when you're playing Dragon Age: Origins and make off with some phat loot!* If you don't have the retail game, tantalize yourself with this as-close-as-you-can-come-for-free teaser. Or, if you have the retail game, enjoy this version that you can play at work! It even has a paper-doll style inventory screen where you spend a moderate amount of time making sure that your new equipment is marginally better than your old equipment- just like a real computer RPG!
That last slam notwithstanding, it's actually pretty fun. The EA junior programmers who are working their way up from the free web content room really put a lot of care into it, no doubt in a feeble attempt to rouse the notice of their evil, corporate masters.
* "phat loot" means an okay amulet and decent helmet. Source Dorks, as a whole, is not responsible for the wild and sometimes incoherent ravings of avk.
Edit: ...and some kind of belt. I forgot to mention the belt.
Source Dorks is a pop culture blog written by a circle of friends who frequently meet to play games and geek out at Source Comics and Games in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Squeaky Wheel Gets the Click!
Keep your eyes on OneClick Dog Games. Their current offering, "Little Wheel," is a slick and quick point-and-clicker. There aren't any particularly difficult puzzles here, so it is my sincere hope that this is just a skills demonstration and we'll see some meatier fare forthcoming.
For better or worse, the game does not refer to the song in the following clip.

Finally! A Combination of Two of My Favorite Things!
Those things being Chivalry and Drilling. Continuing my intermittent endeavor to fill-out Tim's work week I give you KNIGHTFALL. In which you take control of a knight... well, you don't actually take control of the knight, you rather take control of his puzzly environment.

The point? Either maneuver your knight to the key and then to the door, or bring those things to him. The twist? Things only move downward (presumably acceleration due to the force of gravity acting on their mass). How do you get anything done, then? You can also rotate the whole board ninety degrees at will. Play around with it a bit until you get the hang of it and hopefully you'll be as delighted with it as I was. Oh- and click on all the little beasties for a description and a hint as to how they attack.

A Halloween Flash Adventure
In my continuing series intended to occupy Tim at work, I give you Ghostscape!
It took me about half an hour to finish it. Unfortunately, it took me about ten minutes to guess the reveal. Still, it's very well-done for an amateur production. I hope you all enjoy it.

Get Your Engineer On

Interesting decisions(TM) abound! Every level of "Fantastic Contraption" has any number of possible solutions. Get your little pink ball into the pink field any which way you can. I call the level pictured above "If you build it, it will fall down the hole."
I spent way too much time trying to build a walker by hooking a leg to the outside of a drive wheel.
I find this game extremely relaxing. I'm concerned that there may be something wrong with me. Play it at its own, dedicated website.

To Take Up Arms Against a Sea of Something Unpleasant

This is not a new game, but one of many excellent flash games that appeared earlier in the year (this past spring was a great time for casual browser gaming) and persists in my mind as a true calssic. I had intended to do a big round-up of all of them, but as the weeks slipped away it felt less and less timely.
All for the best, though, as now I can trickle them out a few at a time. Aside to Waters: I'm not an enabler, I'm an encourager.

Your Chance to Settle It Once and for All
PC or Mac?
One is the pinnacle of personal computing. One is a ridiculous cult of personality. If only there were a way to figure out which is which!
Well, now you can. In the time-honored tradition of our forefathers:
a lightsaber duel.

Monster Mash
The best flash dungeoncrawler you'll play today has to be Monsters' Den. Sure, the title's a little pat but you won't find more hack and slash per minute this side of Progress Quest.
If that isn't your style, you may enjoy this CCG-style game I keep going back to. Wolf will love it if he can get past playing with a random deck each time. (*correction: The game does allow you to build a custom deck. Sorry for the mistake*)
Of course, the best ASCII dungeoncrawler you'll play today is still nethack.
