You can't spoil a show that's nearly a decade old.
You can if the Waters are currently watching it.
You are officially late to the party.
Yeah. I'm always resistant to the space ship sci fi.
But Waters, Firefly isn't about the space ships.
Well - except for the two episodes specifically about the ship.
And the series being named after the type of ship.
And the movie being named after the ship.
LOL how could I be confused? 3 episodes in - I find it mildly entertaining and Kaylee has worn down Jodi.

Come on, people. Do I need to remind you?
It's not about the great Joss Whedon dialog and directing and camera-work, interesting non-alien-based wild-west space universe, or characters like Mal and Wash and Kaylee that you come to love.
It's about the fact that they effectively depict the physics of space travel, one example of which is the intentional lack of sound when they cut to a space shot.
It's all about the VERISIMILITUDE.
