It's all ball bearings nowadays.
Didn't my Sony Discman have a controller on the headphones? It changed things on the little LCD readout, which suggests something other than purely hardware. Is that controlling firmware?
Quicktime...so useful on the web, especially when watching movie trailers....you would think that by fucking version 7 they would've made a STABLE video player! but i guess that's just being over-demanding....
