Source Dorks is a pop culture blog written by a circle of friends who frequently meet to play games and geek out at Source Comics and Games in the suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
It's not about the great Joss Whedon dialog and directing and camera-work, interesting non-alien-based wild-west space universe, or characters like Mal and Wash and Kaylee that you come to love.
It's about the fact that they effectively depict the physics of space travel, one example of which is the intentional lack of sound when they cut to a space shot.
